Orange Basting Sauce

Orange  Basting Sauce

  • Two cups freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • One cup Honey
  • ½ cup Gran Marnier Liqueur
  • ½ cup Provence seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons of the rub used on the chickens
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh orange rind
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

This sauce is excellent when used on a chicken that has been rubbed with the orange chipotle rub and the chicken is stuffed with oranges and onions.
