Orange Basting Sauce
- Two cups freshly squeezed orange juice.
- One cup Honey
- ½ cup Gran Marnier Liqueur
- ½ cup Provence seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons of the rub used on the chickens
- 1 Teaspoon fresh orange rind
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
This sauce is excellent when used on a chicken that has been rubbed with the orange chipotle rub and the chicken is stuffed with oranges and onions.
